Default Dash Light On & Off, Please Help CL

Hey CL. I've been tryna search for the reason to this light indication on my dash. But I cant find it. I see in my owners manual it says take to Lexus Dealer, but does anyone know what this is for exactly? Please help. I'm tryna fix the problem but don't know where to start. If anyone can please give me an idea of what this is, I'd deeply appreciate it. It comes on and off.

But how do I determine which one is bad? All my lights are working fine. What exactly is that part, and its function? I'll gladly buy them off you if I really need them. I've delt with members before. Solid transactions, no problems whatsoever.

If I have no other choice, I'll take it to the Dealer. But if I don't have to, and can fix the problem independently, I will. Thank you guys for setting me on the right track.
