GS uas rear bracket length?

I have bags over coils but all down I sit at the wheel in the rear id like to tuck maybe an inch. The rear brackets are custom, I think they may be too long anyone have a length ? Thanks in advance... Example:*

I got an extra set of those and its 9 3/4" including the disc bracket that's on the bottom.
