Default GS300 front camber bolt question

Hi! I have an interesting question, which might be a dumb one but I can't find an answer to it.
So I'm mostly familiar with how a camber bolt works, but on the GS the camber bolt has a small thread in the middle of it, which to my understanding sits inside the bushing.
Checking parts diagrams and there doesn't seem to be any extra parts there. I have yet to take mine apart as I most likely have to cut the whole damn bolt off, so I'm basing the question solely on pictures.
What is the purpose of that small thread? Thanks!
