If left stock . Anyone going for big power needs a 2JZ though

what is your whp now? I thought about getting the GTE engine but I can’t see myself spending at least $8k for just the engine

Auto trans blew at 550whp on the dyno, was not able to increase boost. Still shooting for 800whp. Working on a manual swap at the moment before trying again.

are you on the GTE or did you modify stock 2JZ? 550 whp is very fast bro.

Modded the stock GE. Many details in my build page. Forged internals, cams, NA-T, stand alone, dual staged fuel pumps, and a plethora of supporting mods.

I haven't been here for a while. My 2GS400 was giving an issue for YEARS regarding battery drain.

It was frustrating as heck. I haven't been driving the car much because of it. It's been neglected. I have a baby now, but I really loved the car.

Everyone I took it to couldn't figure out the drain.

The most recent person was my saving grace, he hooked up a multimeter and pulled every fuse to see if there was a change in the reading. No luck!

His only suggestion was that I purchased a remote cutoff switch. I'm not sure why that wasn't even mentioned to me by anyone ever before! It would have saved me a lot of headache. I don't mind losing my radio settings or the ECU having to reprogram itself. As long as I can use the car. But we installed the cutoff switch yesterday and it feels like I've breathed new life into the car. The car runs smooth as ever it was just that issue. But my only main concern is the neglect and having to replace parts and possible even rust issues because I've been seeing some rust along the rear right quarter panel. And a lot of orange peel.

But this little gadget pretty much saved me from having to get rid of one of my first loves.

Replaced the oil control valve connector. The original connector latch broke when I replaced the valve couple weeks ago. I managed to find aftermarket connector that fit perfectly.

In addition, before refueling, I put the first bottle of Redline SI-1 Complete Fuel System Cleaner in the tank.

do you mind sharing the part number and brand of the aftermarket connector in case someone else runs into the same issue?
