Default Will these wheels fit?

I have a 03 GS430 - stock suspension.

My mechanic just finished my 90k service and he had an extra set of wheels at his house. We put them on while my car was on the lift just to see what they would look like. I kind of wish he didnt because now I am thinking about making a move.

My question is will these wheels fit? Any modifications that would be necessary?

19x8.5/9.5 - (5x114.3 +30) - these are specs on the wheels

Obviously have to lower the car

If you lower your car, the fronts should clear even without a roll, although I suggest it(I ran 19x8.5 +30 without a roll for a few months).

I had19x9.5 +35 in the rear without a shave/roll, and it was about 2mm from the inner fender tab. With +30, it'll probably rub if you really lower it, but I suggest rolling fronts and shaving rears to be safe anyways, then you'll have the option/room to get spacers too.
