99 GS400 start-up issue
Recently, my car has been taking quite a few tries to start-up.
i think the battery and starter sounds normal. but the engine just wont start smoothly.
i need to turn the ignition from 3~10 times in order to start the engine....
i also noticed that when the car is idle, the RPM is a bit low, about 500~600 rpm. i believe it used to be around 800 rmp.
will this be fixed if i go thru a tune-up?
do i need to change the spark plugs, or other parts?
