Question Weird vibration in center console [video attached]

What in the heck is making this sound? I have the Climate Control off, no idea where this is coming from. It's a short quick pulse, almost sounds like plastic gears are worn and they aren't able to connect. The noise is coming from behind the ashtray, putting my hands on either side of the center console, i can actually feel the vibration.

I checked out those threads, but do you still think its servos even if the Climate Control is Off?

I believe so. My friends Jeep has the same problem, whether controls are on or off. I hear mine making noises once in a while and I rarely have mine on.

Video doesn't work. The link is broken. Could be a servo motor like jokster said, but also could be rubber missing between the drive train or some mount? Need to see the video before making any reliable solutions.
