I think I read the intent of the message you wrote pretty clearly. And I didn't take it as a personal attack at all, I frankly read it as an arrogant and closed-minded statement about the CL community in general that needed a response.
Let's take further discussion to PM if you'd like to continue.
Sorry, I wasn't clear. Was not referring to your post above specifically with the request for a bit more 'acceptance' from members... there are a bunch of posts after my earlier message.

It seems like the majority of the mods i've chosen are flammed but its my style and it certainly does change as i continue to enjoy this car.
"Snow plow" Wald lip
"Mercedes" Kazz grill
Springs and not coilovers
JP hood emblem
Blah blah blah....
But its what i like or like for that time... Its unfortunate that folks get flammed for what they are able to do with what they got. It is what it is I guess. I still can't wait to put on my steel gray powder coated hr3 rims that are also gonna make my gs look like a nascar and just dirty.
Back on topic sorry fellas ... Its the Chivas Regal

This thread is actually has some of the most real discussion I've seen on here in a while. Lots of opposing thoughts, yet surprisingly without overboard personal attacks or name calling and it's 5 pages in. Figured this would have been locked already.
[quoteI never said they were afraid to be different, but you're missing the point completely and getting offended.

Thats actually exactly what you said, unless im reading into it incorrectly, see below
[quoteSo you have a group of people too afraid to try something different, who are also too afraid to hurt someones feelings and be honest = TTE lips and Coilovers
][/quote]
By the way, youre not hurting my feelings at all, the comment doesnt even pertain to me, or I guess I should say my car.
