Default Going to buy a gs300: need advise.

Hey guys. I am interesed in getting a gs300 for daily driver. currently i drive a 97 sc400(thinking about selling it), I found this 03 gs300 black on black with oem navigation, sportdesign edition. 96k miles. its on stock wheels. What i like about this particular one is that the exterior and interior look very very clean. look like 20k mile car, No kidding. engine looks really clean too, they did a good job detailing this thing! It has 2 previous owners and carfax report shows no accidents and NO service records. i called them, they said the services were done in a smaller independent shop. Timing belt service was done. car is at a used car dealership. they are asking $10990, what you guys think? thanks for any inputs.

Check for oil leaks, make sure all door lock actuators work also from the key fob, make sure the timing belt/water pump service has been done. Drive it and listen for popping noises etc.. If you can i'd take a look at the suspension also. Check bushings to see if they're worn and need to be changed.

Yes to all that. That covers most of your concerns in the next 30k miles give or take 20k ^_^ def try to get it up in the air so u can look at the suspension parts. This could help you negotiate if something needs to be addressed.

Every time i think about selling mine i realize its pretty much a worry free ride for it being 14yrs old.

The easiest way would be to bring it to a lexus dealer and have them inspect it

Agreed^^^...Also overall it's not a bad price based on yr/mileage.You should post up some pics of it if you can.
