Default Trunk & Hood Lever

Hey CL,

The trunk lever from the inside my GS doesn't work. I searched but came up with nothing. Any ideas on how to fix it myself or how much it will cost?

Also i popped the hood today and my hood doesn't close fully. Seems like the hood lever is a bit loose. It happened before but when I woke up the next day all was normal again. Any idea on how to prevent that from happening too?

Sorry I mis-phrased my problem. I have no problem opening the trunk using the key fob or with the key. I have no problem with the way the trunk opens.

I have a problem opening the trunk from the inside of the car, using the trunk lever/release that is located on the right of the gas lever/release under the steering wheel. When I pull it nothing happens.

it sounds like your trunk release is locked..... look under the dashboard by your left kneecap and you should see a panel with the gas door opener, a silver metal circle (which is your trunk lock) and the trunk release button

anyways make sure its not pushed in, if it is, take the key and insert it and then it should pop out and allow you to open the trunk from the inside of the car. try that and then report back to us

also since your new to this site might take some time and look over this
