Prob will be totaled cause of the age, but it's not too bad. As long as you didn't smack the rear wheel and bend any mounts the rear quarter damage is minimal as it didn't buckle hard enough to crack the rear window.

Two new bumpers, couple hours of work on the front and rear fenders, little tap tap on the hood, a new headlight and taillight and the shop that buys this car at auto auction fixes it for a few hundred bucks will make a grand or two profit and the new owner will join clublexus to show off his new ride.

Sorry to see it happen, but as long as nobody is hurt, just perk up and it's now time to car shop.

Original poster: just taking a quick look with the rear quarter buckled, figure some frame pulling time. Both front and rear I'm going to say total loss and prob close to 6k in damages
In my recent experience, they drew the line at 70%. The logic was that when they're estimating repair expenses, they have to have a cushion to cover the "hidden" problems that don't become apparent until the repair is underway.

Yea i figured it was going to most likely be a loss considering that the value of these cars are only bout 6k.And as for driving fast in the rain well it was sprinkling lol its a lesson learned.So guess im going to start looking for a new ride probably not another gs sorry guys the maintnence and gas mileage were a pita.This was a great club very informative and lots of people to help out with problems thanks fellas..
