okay so recently i have been noticing that when i come to a hard stop and the car jerks forward and then back i hear a thump and it sounds like it is coming from under the shifter so i have been thinking it is the trans mount but just want to make sure before i get a new one?

or could it be the rear carrier bushing?

i have changed all the front bushing with the daizen bushing kit, daizen rack and pinion bushing and front and rear daizen sway bar bushing...change front lower ball joints and outter tie rod ends...

I'm in the process of changing my carrier bushings. Finished driver side last night. These carrier bushings won't "clunk", even when bad. They'll squeak, but no clunk. You'll see what I mean by looking at the DIY.

Tranny mount is cheap, and easy to replace. I'd start there.
