Hey SW03ES I see you are in MD. I am not sure how far you are from Alexandria, VA but they have the best prices on their CPO's. I got my 2000 GS400 Platinum edition with HID, Nav and only 14k miles on it from them for 36500 out the door. That was below KBB wholesale value at the time. I can sell that car here in Charlotte now with 20k more miles on it for more than that. Competition from nearby dealerships does affect the prices drastrically. Since in the DC are there are like 4 Lexus dealerships you can go to to get a CPO they don't gouge you on price and are forced to compete. Here in Charlotte, I looked at a 00 GS w/o Nav but it did have HID and the Nak sound system with like 29k miles and they had it listed at 41k. I couldn't believe it. I tried to negotiate with them but they kinda had the "If you want CPO in Charlotte, you have to get it from us" attitude. I was like I'll go back to DC and get my car forget you guys. Sometimes it's worth the travel. I took a train to DC and drove my car back.
