I ordered a Junction Produce Fusa over a month a go from these people knowing they have this in stock because that's what the website said. After 3 weeks and not getting any item and no email telling me the item has been shipped I call them and they tell me they don't have the white color in stock and it'll take another 2-3 weeks to get it from japan. I was pretty pissed that time because they I could get it straight from japan for less than what I payed for this "in stock" item. I gave them 3 more weeks and Still no sign of the item. I call them again telling them if I wanted to wait this long I would have ordered from Japan directly and the guy says look if you don't want to wait I will refund the money and order from somewhere else. I said that's will be great and then he tell me kiss my a$$ and he hung up on me. I have never seen such ****ty customer service in my life. Instead of apologizing because of all the lies they have told me they tell me to kiss my a$$. I don't recommend this place to anyone. take your money somewhere else.
