Default Something Arching...Need Help!

Hello all, Im at the end of my rope here with this problem and am hoping that someone could lead me in the right direction. The whole thing started when i changed my valve cover gaskets. While I was in there I figured I would change the plugs and wires also. I bought Denso Irridium plugs and I believe it was beckley Arnley wires from Advanced auto parts. While changing the wires the two wire clips broke while unbloting it. I put the car back together and when I started it I saw a wire was arching. I figured it was because of the two clips so I bought two clips from lexus and put it in. The problem slowed down but didnt stop and got progressively worse. I then opened it back up and saw that a clip that went on to one of the coilpacks was looking very brittle and barely holding on so I bought new clips from Lexus and installed them. Still the arch. Today I opened it back up again and looked everything over and the only thing I could think of is the aftermarket wires could be bad or one of the coilpacks are bad. Feel free to chime in. I feel at this point if I take the car to a shop that all the work that I have done would have been in vain. I wont let this beat me....HELP

Im not actually seeing the arch becasue the throttle body is covering it but I hear the click and see the voltage drop

I now see that the arch is coming from coil pack number one (one closest to you when you open the hood). Does this mean that the coil pack is bad?

I changed them this morning. Is there a way to test the coil packs before I purchase one? It is a 2003 Gs300
