depend on condition but more in 4k area
friend just bought 2001 gs300 blk on blk with 180k for $6k

i would say around the 5k range.

if you want a more accurate est, check and search craigslist, autotrader (tend to be a little on the high side) and other auto websites for general prices

5k is too high. I'd say 4k and that depends on the condition and color combo.

I paid 4800 for a 98 gs400 but it needed a new ecu. Car had 156k and was in excellent condition. Computer cost me 280 got it here at club Lexus classified (the computer that is)

you'd have to sell it privately to get anywhere near that, if you go on ebay you won't come close or if you go to trade it in even the places that buy out cars outright. it all comes down to the car being worth what someone's willing to pay for it. I started documenting everything I do with my GS so It will bring some more confidence to the buyer. Then again I won't be selling my car anytime soon seeing how many GS's make it to 200k easy

Damn, this makes me feel good about myself. I got a '98 with less than 100,000 miles that's pretty clean with the exception of the bumper I'll be getting painted soon. Just for kicks a giggles, what could I get for mine? I'm not selling, but I'm curious to know.

when i bought my car in 2007 the KBB prices were still at high 20's-mid 30's depending on conditions

2gs getting old and dated (98 is 14 years old car) plus high end car that mean $$$ parts thats why getting cheaper and cheaper
a year ago i bought 2002 430 with 115k miles for $9k but i know that it need upper control arm and ball joints and that was extra $1k in parts and labor
today with 120k miles (and better condition than i bought) i will probably get around $8k
prices going down
