I wanna see what it look like in our cars. Please send some pics. Also do you think it makes a difference with the size, it says it is a 6.1" touchscreen. I don't want a weird gap or anything. Give me some feedback please.

I prefer the looks of a 7" screen personally, I think it fits better and looks cleaner than the smaller screens with ***** on the side. Don't know for sure what that model looks like but I'd go for the bigger screen. I've had a cheaper Pioneer that crapped out after 2 years and a Kenwood now, both have their strong points.

Also, the JDM dash kit is worth the money to match the climate controls perfectly, if you're the least bit picky its the way to go.

^ this.

im running the avic z130bt, its a 7" though, if you want the picture to that.

you can definitely tell the difference between a 6.1 to 7 inch that basically a whole inch!

I've had the somewhat lower end models (Pioneer AVH-4200DVD and Kenwood DDX-719 now) without Nav and all that as I have no need for it myself but the bigger screen was a must. Back in the day I wouldn't run a HU without a volume **** but when it comes to double DIN's the aesthetics of the bigger screen won out for me.

question why do so many people run the z930bt as opposed to the z130 or z120?

is it just cheaper?

There was a couple reasons I went with the X over the Z series. First I'm not a big fan of motorized screens and second I prefer flush mounted decks (looks more factory/clean IMHO) Most decks with motorized screens stick out almost an inch which is a little of a pet peeve of mine. Also functionality and options are pretty much the same between the two. Originally I was gonna buy the Eclipse AVN6620 because it was the only company making a 7" motorized screen that was flush mounted but then Eclipse went under Which was too bad because it was such a nice unit (at its time).

yes thats the JDM one (the best u can get) should match the color 100% unless you have a SD like me

if you look closely, mine has a slit in the middle (which i despise to this day) because i bought the metra kit (color wasnt going to match anyways if i got the JDM), which i despise.

it was extremely cheap and holds up fine, only thing is theres an adapter plate i had to put on.
