Whats uo guys im writting this for one of my buddies he doesnt have a cl account. Anyways he is having a problem with his steering column not going down when he puts the key in. It only does that when the car is cold. When he starts driving it it for a awhile and turns it off and goes back to turn the car on the steering column will move. Would you guys know what it can be?
