Quick question, working on an 03 gs300 and looks like the throttle body is bad. Would a throttle body from a 98-00 work?

Yes, but how did you determine it was bad? Any throttle assembly from a GS300 or IS300 should be exactly the same.

I currently have a p1127 code on a 2002 es300 with 188k miles & I'm looking for possible solutions.

Any help offered would be greatly appreciated.
