I got an oppurtunity to purchase 2007 Lexus LS 460 9 spoke rims to use as a winter set up, Do you guys think that they would fit a 2000 GS400 with no problems? Like I said they are factory for an 2007 Lexus LS 460, they are 18" 7.5 wide.

They are not the same bolt pattern. Your car is 5x114.3 and the new LS is 5x120.
