Good luck when the battery goes dead! I've heard of guys doing that and then it ends up destroying the guts of the key making it unusable once you try to break it apart.

 

I wonder how much someone could make selling key shells machined out of billet aluminum. How much would you guys pay for such a key shell?

 

True... I wasnt worried about it since i have all the features on my alarm. I actually dont even have a battery in it.

My 2002 rx300 key never broke over a span of 8 years. Now I mom my 3rd 2008 rx350 key. Dealership says to have another key made I will need to reset all the keys more $$$. Is this true??
