Default Need more pix of tein cs at max low w/ 20s please...

Hello, im new here. I just purchased a gs300 last week. I know i want to lower, but i Still want a good ride. Ive been doin ALOT of reading on coilovers. Im goin to be running 20" rims with 8.5 235/30 fr- 10" 275/30 rears 38 offset all around. I dont have too much to fund hence the purchase of megan ez or slightly used cs v2. I know the megans lower more, but ride isnt as good as the cs. There were only litteraly a couple pix of cs on 20s. Now, can more of you post pix of you cs on the lowest? Also, id like to know your thoughts of them. Thx

if your concern is being able to tuck 20's then i'm sure any coil-over kit on the market can do the job since 20's fill a majority of the wheel gap as it is. 19's are a different story. as far as buying used CS or new EZ, i'd go with a new set of EZ. at least you'll have the peace of mind knowing they're new, plus many members seem to be more than satisfied with their ride and quality. just my opinion.

Thanx for the quick response. Yes, im looking for a non gap stock like ride. I can get a hell of a deal for the cs($400) from a friend. He bought cs about a year ago. He's put roughly 12k on there. Im just deciding if i should go that route. Im also looking around for different sets for a good price. I just want to see if the cs will be low enough for me.

That's exactly why i'm highly considering them and want more pictures of them lowered at max. So it's Either those or megans ez for a couple hundreds more.

I had the Tein CS, just took off 2 weeks ago with 130K miles on them. Just put on new Megan EZ and the CS is def smoother, EZ will SLAM it but the CS can have no gap/ slight tuck as well. Megan new $600, Tein $400, I'd go Tein for now. I am rebuilding mine as a back up for future.

If you want low..CS isn't what your after. EZ's ride damn good imo. Id say just get those as your better off having new coilovers anyways. When you get the itch to go lower you'll be stuck if you have the teins unless you want to spend another $200 on rca's . If you want low you don't want it too soft either.

$400 is a mighty good deal and the megans will lower my car more. I gotta re-evaluate how low i really want to go. So you guys on megans, is the ride quality good when you are low? I know the cs is good but won't go as low.thats why i still wanna see pictures of cs lowered on 20s. Another thing to keep in mind is, i have 2 kids. So ride has to be somewhat smooth.

Im on LP's so i have a little more dampening adjustment but even when i was down to rim all around it rode pretty smooth, not as smooth as when it was higher obviously and i have my coilovers on fullstiff but my friend is on EZ's tucking tire and his rides great. I believe he just paid 500 shipped from a group buy on CL.

That's an awasome price. Too bad they're not doing the group buy any more.
I forgot to mention that i'm on tein s coils (1.5fr-1.1rr) and on 20s with a 1.5 finger gap. Will the cs atleast eliminate that gap?
