could i use a engine wire harness from a 2001 is300 on my 2000 gs300 ???

 

you can use the engine but i believe the harness is different you would have to re pin some of the clips because some of the wires are indifferent locations. such as airflow meter is smaller in the 01 and up gs and other clips as well.
