how much HP you guys think I can gain from bolt ons?
intake, headers etc?
I'm not really one for much engine modifying. so changing piston rods, intercoolers and anything dealing with digging In the engine is basically out of the question. I'm not looking to spend 10k @ ALL.
I'd love that 3.76 differential though
intake, headers etc?

I'm sure you've done a tune full tune @ that mileage, right? If you haven't yet - and when you do - have them clean out your throttle body. Right when I did, my car accelerated like crazy! haha

Well in the racing/mod universe it usually means to get your car's computer re-programmed/re-flashed or however you call it.... to take advantage of the mods you have ALREADY done. I say it like that because it really is a waste of money and time to re-program your ECM and then keep adding mods. The best way to actually do this is actually hooking up a laptop to your car's ECM and programming it.
I do have a virtual mint condition 02 Z28 with a 414ci engine and a supercharger. it makes 691rwhp hhehehe But I learned the hard way and costly way the order in which to do things. My friend is an engineer and lives for cars! he has his own dyno. He completely tuned the car in about 4 1/2hours to take advantage of everything. I don't know if Lexus ECMs or ECU or whatever they are called... are the same ...I am sure they are more complex but the principle is the same. And it may be shorter since you are doing bolt ons.
You really need to find someone who knows what they are doing. For my Camaro there are places you can send the ECM to or they will do a swap and charge you a core fee till you ship in yours then they credit you back. Now you can even just down load a file and swap it your self with the right connection and you laptop. But again I don't know if you can do the same with our cars.

Do you have any mods yet? If you have 10k budgeted you can definitely do a supercharger....I personally don't expect my GS to be the king of the streets so I'd be happy with an intake, headers, torque converter, safc with proper tune, and maybe a 75-100hp shot of nitrous for those occasions when I really want a kick. All that can be had for quite a bit less than a supercharger setup.
