98 GS300 - odometer not working anymore

So guys the odometer in my friends car just stopped working. Everything else in the cluster works, just not the odometer. Any solutions?

Are the ABS and VSC lights on? If so, it's probably a speed sensor.

Or you can try to take off the back and go over the solder points with a solder gun/pen and see if that works. I know some Hondas have this problem due to poor solder joints.
