Default JDM Engine transmission swap...any suggestions

I have a 99 gs400, let my sister drive it, top radiator hose blew off, she drove it til it wouldn't drive no more.....shoulda know better. Now there is no compression in any cylinder...never seen anything like it. I asked a master toyota tech, he said "find an engine"....

found a 1uzfe jdm with transmission, waiting for it to arrive. I plan on doing the timing belt, water pump, thermostat, pulleys, tensioner, pan gasket, and all associated seals, orings, etc.....also doing new hoses and clamps.

wondering about cam seals????

what else should i do, and does anyone have any tips for me?????

Engine i complete with alternator, throttle body, ps pump, ect, and will still be married to the transmission.

is there anything i should do to the transmission????

thanks
