Thanks for all the advice and warm welcomes. I plan on buying rims/tires and either coil overs or springs and installing them on the same weekend.

Now that is going to be a problem....I gave him a deposit over the phone last night, and I'm scheduled to pick it up Saturday morning but that is far from a clean carfax! Do I walk away???

Yeah i cant do that, what a bunch of crooks! I feel so dumb for not checking the carfax myself and listening to them!!!!
