Default Need help in figuring out 19" rim offset

I'm looking to buy some 19" rims real soon, but I'm having trouble figuring out what offset to get. I'm currently sitting on Tein SS coilovers and have all four fenders rolled (I DO NOT want to do any further fender work). I want to go for the VIP look (sitting flush, somewhat aggressive) with very slight camber in the rear. I plan to stretch tire a bit and would strongly to prefer to get the right rim offset so I don't have to use spacers. I'm also torn between two different rim setups, maybe you guys can enlighten me and let me know which would be better:

1) Staggered.....
Front: 19x9" (what offset should I get?)
Rear: 19x10" (offset?)

OR

2) 19x9.5" all the way around. Offset?

Can I please get some opinions and pictures of different rim setups and specs? And possible tire sizes to get my desired look?

2 cents my fellow new comer. it really depends how aggressive you want to go, i mean +20's can go with a slight shave and roll. you can even squeeze in a +10's if you really wanted to look gangster. but it also matters about how low you are, what kind of flush look youre looking for. tire size plays a huge role

@BiggVinh - Thanks for your two cents. Yeah I have a pretty good idea of the look I want. Maybe I should look for pics and post the look I'm going for. I have my fenders rolled now and don't wanna do any shaving or pulling. I think I'm leaning towards 19x9 (f) and 19x10 (r). I was thinking to play it safe and go with +22 all the way around and just add spacers if needed to get my desired look. Do you think this would be a good starting point w/o rubbing? Any suggestions on what size tire I should go with for this setup? I wanna stretch a little bit to get the fronts pretty flush and very slight camber in the rear.

whoa im doing the same thing !
and had the same question !
im about to put my megan ez coilovers on right now, and i currently have konig lace rims ( i know there ugly -___-)
im going to drop the car this weekend on my konigs but PLAN (meaning like in a month) buy some new varrstoen BBS replicas for my car (i know i know, REPLICAS). should i shave my fenders now to fit my konig LACE rims, or should i just stay stockish height and not slam & wait till i get my new rims? i want that hella flush look too but also to be comftorable to be an everyday driver. my new rims will be 9.5front by 10.5 rear, and CURRENTLY im running 215/35/19 front and 275/35/19 rear, i want to keep the same tires when i get my new 19 inch rims. ANY IDEAS!?!

19 x 9 +27 on 245
19 x 10 +35 on a 275

Thats my setup.

According to RMMGS4's old thread his 19 x 10 enkei's +38 with a 285 rearwere flush as can be without looking like you're riding on 'VIP' status.

"Offset shouldn't be larger than your shoe size"

It looks like he wants a flush offset. Hence why I quoted --- 'vip'. True VIP is like zero offset and like 90 degress of camber.

Really? I think the OP has the right idea, sit flush, stretch the tire and run with a slight camber. Zero offset and 90 degree cambers are for someone how wants to take it to the extreme.

this guy's got the right idea.

MAYBE down to +15 or +10 with fender work all the way around, but I wouldn't go more than +20 if you're driving it a lot.

Anyone remember james' (VIP'DOUT) car? Friggin 19x11 -52 offset or something ridiculous like that? Or ShaneC with his 19x11 front and 19x12 rear lol

Yeah this is much sums up the look I'm trying to get. This is my every day driver for now, so nothing too extremem or aggressive.

Thanks for the input! I think you're right, I'm just gonna go +22 all the way around and add spacers if it's still not the look I'm trying to get. Better to be safe than get an offset too low and have to do some more fender work, which I'm trying to avoid.
