So Being in the same boat =
15 Year old GS with cracking and torn leather and no suitable Gray to be found.
Ebay Gray Leather is to dark to match and did not want a vinyl one.
I almost gave up hope and then being at the right time and right place I scored big time!

Saw a very decent center armrest on ebay, quick check the seller also had the matching seat cushions, YES! He wanted something like $450 for all three pieces but i was able to negotiate it to $300 for all three (Armrest plus bottom driver and passenger side) also was able to score a almost new Shift kn0b for $35 bucks! Keep in mind these are all used pieces and I have not had a chance to clean them up yet. Just got back from upholstery the shop (two hours labor to install both seat covers)

Did not know I sat in some gum and then drove home. doh! could not remove the gum and ended up damaging it more.
