There are lots of threads about this which i found helpful. I had the problem a little while ago. I think the fix i used was to short 2 pins out on the OBD socket under the drivers side dash but i didnt save the thread. Search VSC lights on and im sure you will find the thread with a diagram and instructions on what to do.

I'm pretty sure that's your speed sensor. Same three lights came on back when I had my gs300 and the mechanic told me it was the speed sensor.

Do they all come on at the same time, and is there anything that doesn't work in the cluster ?

All lights on is a malfunction that causes the ABS / traction / vsc systems to be turned off, so it's important to fix the problem.

Here are the code instructions, if you don't have access to a scanner.

take off both front wheels and see if the speed sensor wires are mashed or worn. you can take off the sensors also to test them with an ohm reader. do a search on this.
