Summer is around the corner and my A/C light is blinking
Well its spring now, but summer is around the corner. I had this issue last year but cannot firgure out what the problem is.
I got a motor swap done and the A/C worked for about a month and then I get the A/C light started blinking. Anybody had the same issue?
Now I read that there is not enough refridgerent or my compressor is bad... Would really like to have my A/C again

A/C blinking means you are low in refridgerent. Get your system checked out first before charging new refridgerent. It might be leaking somewhere and/or moisture has gone in somehow. You can check that by looking at the receiver dryer, looking through the glass, if it is not clear or you see it's cloudy, then you got moisture in your system already.

ok heres what i have noticed. when car is cooled and not hot usually in mornings i turn on the A/C and it would work, but after the car warms up the A/C light would blink. The A/C is cold. I can keep the A/C blowing if i keep turning it on and off.
Can the compressor be bad?
Also i have a powersteering leak and it leaked all over the compressor can this cause the A/C to not work?
I have tried to recharge the system with some freon and didnt work....
