Going All OEM Parts -- basically is the only way to go, with the exception of the timing belt tensioner.

Sewell parts is great for this -- Basically if you've done the 90k mile maintenance (timing belt) all you need to do is the 120k service which includes all of the 90k mile service minus the timing belt and add spark plugs.

90k:
http://lexus.sewellparts.com/accesso...2003/4214.html

120k:
http://lexus.sewellparts.com/accesso...2003/4069.html

Maintenance items at 120k:

•Oil Filter and Drain Plug Gasket
•Air Filter
•In-Cabin Microfilter
•Brake Fluid
•Spark Plugs
•Coolant

Hope that helps you out.

I just got quoted $1700 from Nalley Lexus in Roswell, GA for the 90K service on a 02 GS430. Is that right?
