Do you guys know if you can use spacers on the stock 17" 2003 GS430 wheels? The car is gonna get lowered a little bit when the weather gets nicer and I was thinking about putting spacers on the wheels.

Those are the wheels ^^

Do you know anyone who put spacers on these wheels? Is it possible?

You could put spacers on anything. Even an MK4 Supra space-saver spare tire.

Well I had some 15mm ichiba spacers (or 20mm i forgot now) and they would NOT work with the supra TT wheels so I was forced to sell them at a loss. This is why I am asking.

Cool Spacers

I have been using H&R 25's in the rear for about 5 years now.... I forgot I even had them because the rear wheels are nice and flush.... I am hesitant about the front though because of the added stress in handling and turning.... But I have been told it will work fine no problem. Still, there is that added factor of stress on those wheels and them being critical for handling and control of the vehicle.. I choose to not risk that!

What are you auditioning to be a moderator?

Show me one thread that talks about spacers on those specific wheels...
I personally tried using spacers once and they ended up not working on factory Toyota wheels... so instead of being a smartass, if you really had something to contribute you would've posted it already. Obviously you come in here to bash other guys looking for real help.

All this search button BS.... I want people's opinions.... not someone to tell me how to multi quote.

Both the 5-spoke and 7-spoke are 17x8.

nope, dont wish to be a moderator.....

AS I SAID IF U SEARCHED THERE IS A THREAD (i dunno how it is coming from the SC section but not much on our GS that hasnt been covered man), parker links you to it below. i wasnt EVER being a smartass i was being serious your a older member who has been here long enough to know how to search....not bashing anyone or anything but if you REALLY want some help HELP YOURSELF FIRST, plenty of useful info in the 2nd gen gs section but you have to look for it and do your own leg work.
