my friend and i go to bike week every year and this year he doesnt want to take his vans due to age and miles on them. i dont want to use my srt10 due to 9 mpg on the hiway with the trailer. our other friend has a lite weight open trailer that i could use. the bikes are honda cbr's so the weight would be around 1500# with the trialer and luggage.

any thoughts on it. my gs is a 99 300 with 68k miles. i dont want to spend over $1200 in gas. we do go to the everglades and to key west.

i know the owners manual say's no towing but has anyone towed with it?

search....we talk bout this like EVERY 6 months. when i bought my gs430 the guy in NY used to tow a snow mobile so i had a hide-a-hitch on it, which i quickly sold
