i used the search but i couldnt find, anyone that made a diy or anything about putting hids in their reverse lights. please dont flame me, i cant really see at night reversing, and im not good with electrical and all the relays and everything. thanks

 

I don't think HIDs wil fit in to the reverse light socket (i might be wrong). But you can try to search for some led license plate with reverse lights in them. Someone on this board has it and its pretty bright.

 

oh i have extra hid kits at my house, so i was planning to do it myself. i seen it before but there was no diy on it because i saw it in person.

i have it, jackson has it,gregmt has it,GS4_CS has it and i think another member has it.....i love it, its not as bright as his pictures (again i suspect he over developed the shot or shot it with a flash on) but they DEF are bright.

BTW HID's in the reverse could easily melt the taillights not to mention that HID's take a few seconds to warm up to the right temp so unless u let them warmup you wouldnt get the full affect anyways.

try the tag its cheap and works well....

 

I got those too. I think those are the brightest ones.

haha, same. i want darker tint visibility was holding me back, but i can add a reverse camera to my head unit but it can only do so much without the light.

 

was it a slammed black GS all Junction Produce out.... if so... does it look like the picture in the my avatar...

 

Wow those LEDs are super bright. I need to invest in those. Limo tint all the way around is really hard to see at night.

 

yea i got dark tint i need these, and a free weekend to do this mod
