I used a kenwood cos-v1000 for all of my inputs (sirius, ipod, dvd video, and bluetooth, also hd radio.) Then you will need a nav tv intergration piece for the picture but every thing else is basically plug and play.

I guess you have to click on my name and go to my photo album. I dont know how to post all of the picks.

There is a vendor here that sales a plug and play kit to the OEM Nav. You can play videos and have a reverse camera for like $500.
