I have never heard nor seen nor work on a 6 speed Automatic gear box..

Manuel yes can a GS4 be converted into a manuel ,, OHH YES ,, hmm I think the closest compatible 6 speed would be the supra gear box ,, might even be the same gear housing. need a clutch Flywheel of course pressure plate and stick that gear in

actually a couple of years ago a guy was selling his GS300 tranny because he was switching it out with a supra 6-speed so the manual tranny can be done, and Im guessing it has already been done, but why would you want to switch an auto with an auto that doesnt make alot of sense to me

because I been told by quite a few people that with a 6 speed, you can get through the Rpm's quicker and be faster top end, which would be pretty good if u were to have FI too, LoL im sure this comment is gonna get alot of flame, LoL
