Default Weird?

This is off topic, actually I don't even know what this topic is, but how did I post this when I didn't post it? I don't even go to an RX-7 Forum!

the discussions about it back then said that torquemasters uses cheap latino labor or something and the welds were done by untrained people. so they think the problem is company wide. i'm hoping torquemasters has since hired some good people or bought machinery or something

On the RX7 form, read it closely. You will find that the problem exist for the Old TQ Master Plug. Where the receiving end of the spark plug, the L-Shape falls off... due to cheap welding plus extreme heat that Rotary Engine create. If you know the Rotary engine, they create tremedous amount of heat..
Now with the New Star Series of TQ master, the receiving end of the spark is actually one piece as the thread body.. where the previous problem would not exist. (according to CL member who has seen the plug in person.)

Now.. One piece construction = No cheap welding req.

sorry bert you used the computer and didn't log out. didn't know i was you. hahaha

The rx-7 boys were left on their own with toasted motors and the company changed the design on their product shortly after all this information came to there attention. I just dont like any company that would leave their customers in the cold after such a problem.
one of the reasons that i want a lexus. Everyone makes mistakes but i hate people that are unwilling to take responsablity for their errors.

All of this information is second hand hearsay. Go to the forums yourself and make your own oppions.
