i've seen linglong sidwalls fail even without stretching.
as for your rear, maybe it was low on psi. i would try a different installer. when it comes to stretched tires, the person putting on your tires is more important than the tire itself.
wouldn't hurt to check your alignment at this point as well.

I usually run 35-36 in the front, 35 in the rear and adjust pressures to help even tire wear. I autocross at 40 psi and that seems way too high for daily driving
