Default New control Arms or Daizen?

Going back and forth as to what to do, about to drive this vibrating pos off a cliff... What would you guys do? gen new arms/ If I do that then how long will they last before they become boned again? Get Dazen bushings (where by the way, can't find them on Sewells website and TM doesn't answer emails going on two months) and get way worse ride quality? I need opinions people!!!

I just ordered whole set of bushings for my 01 GS430 from TMEngineering today. I've been in touch with them via email for the last two days. I'm replacing all front arms bushings plus steering rack bushings and sway bars bushings. Total cost so far $200 plus obviously my labor....

Are you wanting to replace just upper arms?

Even if you were to pay someone to do it, it would still be cheaper then buying a set of original brand new arms and having them installed.

How many miles on your car? Even if you replaced the upper bushings you'd still eventually have to replace the arms due to the ball joints wearing out.
I just got rid of the Daizens on my 98. I finally have a quiet suspension AND the real Lexus ride.
If the Daizens aren't greased properly on installation they'll squeak and squeak and squeak.
SOme even say they require regular re-greasing. Too much maintenance for me.

thats what I hear, plus the arms are about $300 and about $600 for labor, Dazien is $100 and about $800 for labor in Canada so its pretty much same thing. Car has 65k on it. Shakes like a sonovabeyatch. My only concern is how long the new arms will last with the supposedly re-designed bushing..

I bought the Beck/Arnley UCAs from RockAuto for $125 each. I want my car to last another 70-80kmiles. I doubt I'll have to change them out again. FWIW, I replaced mine part because of the Daizen squeak but more importantly because the upper ball joints were on their way out.

The lower control arm #2 isn't hard to install. It takes a bit more time but if you can replace the UCA, then you can replace the caster arm.

I replaced the brakes, that's as brave as I got... My real question is how long will the arms last if I replace them? The bushings in them I mean.

I would imagine at least 100-120k for the 01+ arms...less if you're lowered. Keep on bugging FIGS for a caster arm.
