if don't mind spending that much, go with JP original/non led: http://www.l-tunedparts.com/product/?id=1800. IMO, the best and cleanest looking gs taillight made.
if you are looking for more info on the lights from Masahiro's store (guys are refering to him in this thread as JZS and taba, all same person) click here... i believe those are the Insurance tails.. they are that price shown because they seem to include the inners as well. there is another link on his site where you will find the taillights sold separately. i have no idea whether or not the "in stock" information is current.
you can also email Masahiro direct with questions. he'll respond promptly, timezone permitting.

Actually no, for $465 they include everything. If you look closely, that $1700 price tag is for 4 complete kits (4 cars)
