Lexus gs 400 1998 maintenance questions

I purchased a 1998 Lexus GS 400 at 66K miles about 2 years ago. Since I have owned the car, I have changed the oil regularly, did one transmission flush, changed the air filter, and changed the brakes.

TODAY I have 110k miles on the car. I need to know what maintenance I should do on the car. I am located in PHX, AZ

90k service (search this)
radiator drain and fill (included in the 90k)
check radiator hoses
rear diff drain and fill
trans drain and fill
power steering drain, fill, and bleed
spark plugs
change air and cabin filters
fuel treatment
clean intake manifold
MAF sensor cleaning

There's more, but this is all i can think of right now. Will update as it comes to me.
