2000 Driver's Rear Door Weatherstripping Replacement???

Default 2000 Driver's Rear Door Weatherstripping Replacement???
Hello all-
The rear driver's side door weatherstripping (along the outer edge of the door) is coming apart. Can anybody help me with instructions on how to replace and the correct part number? It appears that the weatherstripping goes around the entire door.

Do you have pics of the damage? Also, why not try to get the part from a junkyard instead of buying new?
