what is name of this device?
Car got into a minor accident, the arrow pointed device damaged. Would someone please tell me what this called, so I could buy one somewhere.

Cop car horn
I have one of these in my GS300 and it gets people out of the way fast. It's not a siren it's the really loud noise a cop car makes when they are trying to get you out of the way. When someone cuts me off or is going slow in the fast lane, give this sucker a few pumps and they wont be in the way anymore.
