Default Re-badge question

I plan to rebadge the GS 300 on my car....just personal preference. What can I apply to letters that will stick well without hurting paint. The letter still have some old adhesive which I can get off with a razor edge. Thanks.

Sorry we don't answer rebadge questions only debadge questions lol. There's some emblem adhesive you can buy. The one I bought is from 3M and comes in a black tube.

Yup, 3M is the one to get. Go to your local auto store for one.

It's better to use the liquid adhesive because the emblem will sit more flush and you don't have to try shape the tape to the emblem.

it took me under 5 mins....cut a strip, pulled one side of cover off to expose sticky side, laid it out on emblem, flipped emblem over and cut off excess

What badges are you going to put on? I bought the Black pearl Emblems for my GS and they came with the adhesive on them already. But if yours does not have adhesive then defiantly get some 3M double sided tape and be sure to get some adhesive cleaner before applying. To remove all the old adhesive i recommend you go to a detail supply shop and get some palstic razor blades. They are the same as regular blades but made of plastic and wont mess up your paint.
