Does anyone else here know that 104-octane will not make your car go any faster/better/more efficient??? 104 octane benefits 104-octane based engines and 104-octane based engines only!

Only when you have extremely, unnaturally high compression will 104 help your car (IE: supercharged and turbocharged cars). If you're buying 104-octane, you'd better be running 15+ psi of boost. The highest you should ever buy for an NA GS is 93-octane. The higher the octane, the more combustion-retarding additives they're putting in the fuel. I feel like we need a FAQ on Club Lexus to teach people these things.

Isn't that a 2JZ-GE engine? For $10,000, that thing should be producing a lot more than 535hps . 535 seems kind of conservative. 446hps is an impressive net for an auto though. It is an auto right? The kit is obscene, that car would have looked so much better with stock ground effects.

EDIT: Just caught the part about the single T04 turbo, nevermind, the power matches up. Must be a light shot of nitrous.

If I were in Buckwild's shoes, I would take off all the stickers, ugly body kit, and make that ride a sleeper/WS6-eater!!!

crybaby lol j/k man.

Well I think the NOS is there to compensate for the turbo lag at low ends. This is been popular in Japan since beginning of 2002, using NOS to make up for the slow launch on larger turbo cars.

But looking at the bodykit, I think he's just trying to throw everything on it

Crux kit is not my taste. What's more pathetic is, there are KNOCK-OFFS of this!

That kit is way too extreme for a GS. It belongs on a neon or something along that line. Just my opinion.

If he is making 446RWHP on NOS, he probably does not have a laggy single. A laggy single would be something like a T51R, T88H, or other ones. If he put that in, it would most likely be a mistake. He would only have 1-1.5K RPM range for full boost. All the laggy singles (spooling at upwards of 4500-5000RPM) would easily produce HP in excess of 600RWHP, provided they are accompanied by 600cc+ injectors.

My guess is that he decided to go with a quicker spooling turbo which can still probably dish out over 500RWHP. The NOS is probably there for extra HP rather than early spool. This is of course my guess.
