Fricken bicycle rider hit my car and expected me pay him!!
 

Damn, cyclist hit my car. I just had picked up my kids and BOOM, he hit my car. I was goin down the hill and I was goin down a 2 way stop. Then he hits me. First off I went to see if he was ok. He looked all bloody and he looked like he wanted to kick my a$$. I told him he ran a stop sign and hit me. He notices it. Then he tries to say that i was speeding, hahaha. I offer to call the cops and he refuses. He then asks me for cash. I tell him, "HELL NO". It was his fault and he wants cash. He says that I can afford it cuz I have a lex. I tell him if he want's $$$ call the cops. He then walks away with a jacked up bike and I leave with a big dent on my car. the worst thing is, my kids are all freaked out.

Too bad about your kids and your car. But that guy sounds like a douche bag and I for one am glad he got jacked up. However now you din't call the cops so there is no way to make him pay for the dent his dumb a$$ caused.

Funny was, I called my boy which is a cop and told me not to pay. Cyclist gotta obey the street rules too.

Where I live cyclist think they own the roads. They are so damn dangerous and stupid I just want to kill every one of them. The worst part is in my city there is a dedicated bike path and they don't even friggen use it.

I live in san francisco ca and we also have bike paths that they don't use. they rarely obey traffic laws here. And we got tons of bike riders here.

Too bad your kids had to see that. Hopefully they learn that rules apply to cyclists and drivers! I would call your insurance company just in case.

you should report it to the cops anyway. If you don't and the cyclist does, the cops will see it the cyclist's way: you caused the accident and fled from the scene, but fortunately he remembers your license plate. My grandpa went through this last month.

My driver side corner panel is dented and mr tail light is cracked. my insurance is going to cover it. I got a witness anyhow, just incase he wants to say something.

He was probably one of those fixed gear hipsters. Fixies don't have brakes and I've seen more than a few riders almost get themselves merked out by cars.
