Where would I Get Semi-Blacked Out Headlight Covers like these?

You could buy sport design headlights or take apart the light and do custom painting.. GS looks fresh

They sell some like that I think that they cost a pretty penny however I'm not sure, and if you follow some DIY thread I saw about doing a retro fit you could bake your headlights take them apart and paint the inside if you know how to follow the instruction and is comfortable doing something like that.

He also has matching tail light brows. I think they are JP and add a nice touch. They are expensive as hell though, I think the owner told me it was about $400 for the front brows, and that's unpainted.

I am sorry but i think those "brows" look horrible. i am however in love with the rest of the car and the attention to detail in the kit.
