Nah, useless to pour fish sauce all over the car, that can be washed off easily. MUCH better to pour it in the AC air intake vents, they won't know where the hell the smell is coming from . Or crack like 20-30 of the small stink bomb vials, put all of the contents into a cup, and then pour in the ac air intake. Or mix it yourself in MUCH bigger quantities if you know the chemical composition(not difficult, but I won't say how or what...google is your friend) and then pour that down the AC vent intake
FYI: It's that plastic looking mesh piece in between the hood and windshield
