I have a '00 GS300 with its original stock tips. Car has over 100K and the pipes can prove its age and mileage! The inner pipe is very rusted and I am pretty sure that the rust has fused the tips inner housing to the inner exhaust pipe.

How should I get these off? I bought new stock tips and they just told me to grab on and pull but I'm concerned I might do some serious damage to the inner pipe(s)...
